SCULPTURES DE TABLE
"This series of "Table Sculptures" is halfway between the everyday object and the work of art. The hectic rhythm of the colors makes the piece vibrate and explode its shape.
But before being a tray or a vase, these pieces are first and foremost sculptures and their realization was guided by my requirements as a sculptor, namely a rhythmic work, which is defined and has its own function in space. Painting came to play a primary role in exalting the forms of these sculptures, making them vibrate more, giving them a graphic and free appearance.
With my painted sculptures, I try through an almost tribal painting, to explode the voids and filled spaces in an agitated whirlwind well proportioned and guided by a deliberate rhythm, essential in my work.
Those sculptures are first made of welded steel. After a coat of powder-coated paint (powder-coated by electrostatic effect and baked at 200°), the pieces are painted and then varnished. This final varnish brings them, in addition to a great resistance, an incredible "ceramic" aspect,

MON BLANC
The Mon Blanc series is a reference to the passage under this mythical summit that unites France, my adopted land and Italy, my native land.
This symbolic journey, materialised by the journey under the famous Mont Blanc tunnel, is always for me a journey towards a return to the sources of art and creation.
This series, whose main thread is white, is also an evocation of places and myths anchored in my inspiration.
